In the vicinity of our B&B Ikigai you can enjoy cycling, walking, ... In front of the B&B there is walking junction 14 and cycling junction 62. We can inform you about 8 walking and 2 cycling routes, as well as tourist information and junction maps.

 

The oldest nature reserve in Belgium, "Landscape de Liereman", is 250 meters from the B&B, ideal for a beautiful walk through the forests, heathland, grasslands, drifting dunes and fens. This nature reserve is unique in Europe. Spicy-smelling gale bushes, sweet-smelling broom, fresh green forests and extensive heathland provide a Kempen festival of scents and colors. Regular guided walks start at the visitor center. The landscape is also fun to visit with children. Children can play in the play forest and meet Bo. The entrance to the play forest is located at the Cosmogolem, the wooden giant. The Stoeberpad (1.2 km) starts at the information board on the terrace of the visitor center and has nine play elements that will keep the children entertained!
